I recommend this auto dealership. My experience was very good. My car was stolen in July and I finally found the car that I wanted - with low kilometres and the price was beyond competitive. I was able to communicate with Paul via text and a telephone call. He was quick to respond to my message and his customer service was also very good. I went in today and purchased the car. I will also mention that there was a lady inside the office and she was also purchasing a vehicle. She seemed very happy as well. It felt like I was buying a car from a friend. Nobody was pushy. Historically, I have found dealing with dealerships and mechanics to not always be a positive experience as some people in that industry think when they're dealing with a woman that they can be shady. I definitely did not feel anything negative and I'm very happy with my car and the service I received.

I was overall very happy with my experience at Vancouver Top Auto sales. I have only ever bought vehicles privately, so going to a dealership was a new experience for me.
I live in Kelowna, and I called the dealership and talked to Paul the owner to book an appointment. He was friendly on the phone and very helpful, even answering my subsequent calls when he wasn't at the lot.
When I arrived in Vancouver to look at the vehicle, I was greeted by his employee Tom, who was very warm and welcoming. He even let me use my personal scan tool to perform a thorough pre-purchase inspection, which was very nice of him. He rode along on the test drive and answered all of my questions in detail.
After I purchased the vehicle, Tom made sure the insurance, licensing, and paperwork were handled smoothly and efficiently. He also did some extra vacuuming to the inside of the vehicle before leaving, even though I said he didn't have to, as he wanted me to be happy with the purchase.
Although I never met the owner Paul in person, my communication with him was excellent and I am extremely happy with my vehicle purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a used vehicle - thank you Paul and Tom!

Paul, the owner, welcomed me with genuine warmth and understanding. Despite the car being a second-hand vehicle with over 232,000 kilometers on it, his incredible customer service made me feel confident and secure in my decision. I had spent all my savings on this car, so making the right choice was crucial. I agreed to buy the car the moment I saw it, thanks to Paul's honest and caring approach.
Three months later, I faced a frightening situation: the engine light and oil light started blinking. I felt helpless, having spent all my money on this car. Although I checked the oil and found it at the correct level, I was deeply worried. I reached out to Paul, unsure of what to do. To my amazement, he asked me to bring the car to him immediately.
When I arrived, Paul didn't just scan the car; he treated me like family. He discovered that I had driven over 200 KM with dangerously low oil levels because I had used the wrong type of oil and checked the oil level incorrectly. Without hesitation, he filled my engine oil and took the time to teach me how to properly care for my car. And he did all of this without asking for a single dollar.
Paul's kindness and generosity brought tears to my eyes. I never expected to meet someone so compassionate and selfless, especially in a business setting. His actions went far beyond customer service; they were a genuine act of humanity.
I can't recommend Vancouver Top Auto Sales enough. Paul and his team are not just selling cars; they are building trust and community. Paul is such a wonderful spirit and person. I came to buy a car but got inspired in life as well. He took so much time out of his day, literally hours, to make sure I was driving okay too. I have only ever driven manual once before. Everyone was really patient with me as I had a million questions and was nervous. I can't thank everyone enough!
